DevBeam handled the end-to-end development of the KICHACHA mobile platform, taking the project from initial concept and design all the way through to deployment and post-launch support. Their scope covered UI/UX design, mobile app development, AI integration readiness, and real-time communication systems, all aligned with our creative and community-driven vision.

Key deliverables included:

UI/UX Design and Branding: Creation of a mobile-first design system with custom logo, colour palette, iconography, and motion transitions tailored for dancers, instructors, and event organisers.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Devbeam could have done differently?

Overall, our experience with DevBeam was outstanding, but like any ambitious project, there’s always room for refinement. If anything, we would have appreciated even more structured post-launch analytics and performance reporting to help quantify early user engagement and retention metrics.

Additionally, while their adaptability was a strength, some early-stage design iterations could have benefited from deeper user testing sessions before moving into development, simply to validate certain creative choices sooner.

That said, these are minor points in the context of an otherwise exceptional collaboration. DevBeam’s professionalism, responsiveness, and technical execution consistently exceeded expectations, and their dedication to KICHACHA’s success was evident throughout the entire journey.
