I’m the Founder of Yoglivya Wholesale, a B2B wholesale platform that enables retailers, distributors, and business buyers to request quotes, manage product inquiries, and source premium yoga and wellness products.

We needed to build a custom B2B wholesale portal with quote request functionality, lead automation, product management, and an administrative dashboard to streamline operations.

Devacia has handled the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of our custom B2B wholesale platform. The project has involved creating a centralized system that allows retailers and business buyers to browse products, submit quote requests, and interact with our wholesale team through a streamlined process.Key deliverables have included:In addition to development, Devacia has provided strategic guidance on workflow optimization, user experience, and system architecture to ensure the platform reduces manual work, improves lead management, and supports long-term operational efficiency.The custom-built components have included lead automation workflows, quote request management, admin controls, customer management, product catalog management, and reporting functionality. The automation features have reduced manual work, improved response times, increased visibility into our sales pipeline, and provided a scalable system to support future growth.While we didn’t establish formal baseline KPIs before implementation, we’ve observed several measurable operational improvements after launch. The platform has centralized lead capture, quote requests, product management, and customer inquiries into a single system, eliminating many manual processes.Key improvements have included:The most valuable outcome has been having a centralized platform that allows our team to manage leads, products, pricing, and customer interactions more efficiently while providing a strong foundation for future growth.We’ve received positive feedback regarding the platform's ease of use, streamlined quote request process, and improved responsiveness. However, whenever we have questions, the Devacia team is responsive and provides the support we need. This is a relatively minor point and doesn’t impact the success of the project.
