We worked with Designocracy on a full rebrand and website project. They helped us lock down brand colors, typography, and visual style, then carried that over into a clean, modern website. The big goal was to create a consistent brand identity and a website that actually felt like “us” and made it easier for customers to engage with our brand.

After launching the new brand identity and website, we noticed a clear and positive shift. Within the first three months, our website traffic increased by 38%, and customer engagement on the site—measured by time spent on pages and clicks—rose by 25%. On top of that, we began receiving much better feedback from customers, many of whom highlighted how the new look and site made our brand feel more professional and trustworthy.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Designocracy could have done differently?

Overall, the experience was very positive. The only small issue was a bit of a communication gap at times — mostly around scheduling feedback sessions. Nothing major, but a little more proactive check-ins would’ve made things even smoother.
