What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since the redesigned website went live, we've seen meaningful improvement across key areas. Online orders increased noticeably, driven by a smoother product catalog and a friction-free checkout flow. The addition of multi-currency support (INR/USD) helped convert more international visitors who previously dropped off. Bounce rate reduced as customers now spend more time exploring our brand story, estate, and product pages before purchasing. Mobile experience improved dramatically, leading to better engagement and fewer abandoned sessions.

Design Studio UI UX managed the project smoothly from start to finish. They set clear timelines at the beginning and delivered each milestone on schedule without us having to follow up repeatedly. Communication was proactive — they kept us informed at every stage, whether it was sharing design drafts, requesting feedback, or flagging decisions that needed our input. Whenever we had a change or a concern, they responded quickly and incorporated our feedback without making it feel like a hassle. What stood out was how well they understood our brand. We didn't have to over-explain our legacy or positioning — they translated it into the design intuitively. What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What stood out most was their ability to balance aesthetics with functionality. The website doesn't just look beautiful, it works seamlessly for a customer trying to buy tea from the other side of the world. They have a genuine eye for premium branding. As a tea estate with over 100 years of legacy, it was critical that the website reflected that heritage and Design Studio UI UX delivered that without us having to spell out every detail. We also appreciated that they weren't just order-takers. They brought their own ideas, flagged potential UX issues before they became problems, and pushed back thoughtfully when they felt a different direction would serve our users better. That level of design thinking is rare to find

Are there any areas for improvement or something Design Studio UI UX could have done differently?

Honestly, the overall experience was very positive and we have no major complaints. If we had to point to one thing - the initial onboarding phase could have been a little more structured. A clearer brief template or questionnaire at the start would have helped us articulate our requirements faster and saved a few early back-and-forth rounds. There were also moments mid-project where we wished the progress updates were a bit more frequent. Nothing critical, but a short weekly check-in would have given us better visibility into where things stood. That said, these are minor observations. When it mattered, they always delivered

• As a cosmetics brand, we contracted DesignStudio UI/UX to create and build a mobile application that would help our customers and clients engage with our brand differently. To be specific, the major challenges were to develop an inviting navigation to help the audience easily find the products, to feature e-store along with the clearly organic appearance, and to add the unique tools, such as consultations and product trials, into the interface. We also desired that the app should reflect our brand and be easily distinguishable from the rising competitors in the market.

The starting point of the project was the research phase, in which the working process of competent user analysis and competitor study was carried out among the potential users and the preliminary outline of the app’s functionality. The key deliverables includes:
 
- Sketches of the looks and feel of the app as well as clickable versions of the application.  
An appropriate customization of the UI/UX, which portrayed the appearance of our brand.  
Such basic properties as an avatar that allows a client to try on the makeup, personal consultation on skincare, and a safe shopping area.  
– Utilisation of analytics for observing users’ activities and enhancing features in the version after the product delivery.  
Beta testing for the sake of the application and ease of the users and app utilization in the iOS and Android.  
– Evangelism support for the installed base and bug fix, and enhancements based on customer feedback.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The mobile app was spectacular and by far superior to the expected outcome, shortly after implementation. It became one of the main features driving our online commercial activity, greatly increasing traffic and revenues. Customers found the layout of the application to be easy to use, engaging and liked creativity of such features as the virtual fitting, which further solidify the image of our brand as a leader in the cosmetic and technology industries. 

It was my pleasure to collaborate with DesignStudio UI UX which was a great pleasure, indeed. All their efforts and dedication made the process very effective achieving results beyond what was planned.

During the entire course of the project, DesignStudio UI/UX displayed great organizational skills in the management of the project. These people committed themselves to time and facilitated the delivery of every phase on the agreed schedule but not at the expense of quality. Information was shared mostly through complex personal updates, with the help of progress reports and informative applications of Trello and Slack. Their team was very professional and they reply most of the time within 24 hours to our questions and suggestions. This was a proactive approach on our part to ensure that the project would run apace and better than anticipated it did.

Most evident with DesignStudio UI/UX was the combination of innovative and professional work provided. Their professional insight into our market and the appropriate steps to integrate such features as, for example, the virtual try-on tool set them apart. Also, values like focus on the customer and willingness to create a product that would meet our objectives were peculiar. In order to achieve our goal of developing an effective app they exceeded our expectations and requirements.

The main objective of the project was to design a user-friendly and aesthetically appealing mobile app for our eCommerce platform. The app was intended to enhance customer engagement, facilitate seamless shopping experiences, and increase conversion rates. Comprehensive research report on market and user personas, Sitemap and user flow diagrams, Low-fidelity wireframes for core app screens, High-fidelity mockups, including a full design system and style guide. Interactive prototypes for usability testing. Final design documentation for development handoff. User feedback report from testing sessions.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The measurable outcomes were increase in daily active users by 25% within the first three months, and we achieve a retention rate of at least 15% after 30 days compared to prior app usage. The conversion rate boosted by 20% compared to the previous app. The average order value increased by 15% and  we attained an average app rating of at least 4.5 stars on app stores ansd target a satisfaction score of 9 out of 10 from post-launch user surveys.
