RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Dishonest and shoddy work product. I engaged them to improve my Shopify site and for SEO work. They never replied to emails or texts when I asked to meet, or for updates on their progress. The images they produced for the website were far worse than anything I could create myself in Canva.

When I finally reached the founder who had signed me up, Luke, he agreed to stop work on the website and move those funds to the SEO portion of the project. He also agreed that if I was not satisfied with their work he would provide a full refund.

Multiple emails and meetings went unaswered and unattended. I tried to reach him for my refund after 30 days of no progress or contact. He did not reply to my direct request to honor his committment for a refund. I issued a chargeback through my bank, but they fought it and now won't refund my money.

DO NOT TRUST! You will spend your money and get nothing worthwile in return.
