I’m the founder of an e-commerce startup called Green Earth.

I needed website development.

What was the scope of their involvement?

I gave Design Genious Corp. some notes and they’re creating my website from scratch. The website is mobile-friendly and has automation features for answering clients. It also features testimonials, information, and more. The team is also creating our logo.

What is the team composition?

A dozen people are assigned to the project.

How did you come to work with Design Genious Corp.?

I found them by researching online and settled with them.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent about $360 on the website and about $150 on logo design.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in April 2022, and we have an ongoing partnership.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

They’ve done really well, and they help me in every way they can. The website still isn’t operational yet.

How did Design Genious Corp. perform from a project management standpoint?

We feel very optimistic about the project. We communicate over the phone and email, and we also use a project dashboard website which we use for planning and sharing ideas. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They really care about their customers, and they really want every customer they deal with to have a success story.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No. I work full time so they keep up with me. Overall, everything has been good.

Explain your idea very well and show them what you want.

first I needed a logo. Then I needed a web-site where people could go and see the work we've done along with our credentials. Kevin with Design Genious stepped up to the plate and knocked it out of the park! The web-site had a ton of information for our future clients to make their decision and ultimately choose us for hire

Online...I decided to move forward after Kevin Peterson called me directly to explain the process with pricing

I filled out a questionnaire sheet. Then Kevin called for follow up questions about the companies background, credentials and future goals.

I only worked with Kevin (which was nice). And for that reason, I believe nothing was lost through translation or miscommunication from team member to team member

after the site was launched everything was readily available the customers

the follow ups after the project was done and paid for... they really put us into a position to win

no. if there was anything i did not like about the web-site that falls on my team and not providing Design Genious with proper photos or information

So far, the design work has been very sharp, modern and clean. They are hosting, redesigning and working on setting up my social media campaign on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube Channel and SMS campaigns.

I have worked with two of the team but have seen work from perhaps 5 or 6 others.

Thye team is wicked fast in its response time, meticulous their tracking the progress and jovial attitude which makes it very easy to work with.

Customer Service, Customer Service, Customer Service, Customer Service. Thank you all.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The only improvement I can think of is a little work on the website, with a clear emphasis on the significant quality of the Customer service provided by Design Genious.

We’ve been only working with their owner, and he has his own staff working behind the scenes.

We were doing a Google search for providers, and they reached out to us. I chose them because they had a connection with what I was looking for on our platform.

How much have you invested in them?

We’ve spent around $15,000 with them so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in February 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We released the app last week, and we’ve got a dozen downloads so far.

How did Design Genious Corp. perform from a project management standpoint?

They do a good job communicating with us; we use email, phone calls, and text messages.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They have a very hands-on approach and seem like a go-getter team because they jumped on board and wanted our project right away.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I’ve never had an in-person meeting with someone from their team, which is challenging for me because I’ve invested a lot of money on this project only based on phone and email conversations. Overall, it’s important to have face-to-face meetings to make this a more easygoing process.

Before starting the project, have an idea of how long it will take and how much it would cost.
