BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

We are communications proffesionals who dared to start a new business - platform for gift voochers for various types of experiences. I am one of the three founders of the business.

For what projects/services did your company hire Design Depot ltd.?

Design Depot accepted the challenge to:

• Create brand identity of the new platform (Logotype creation, all kind of online communication materials, label development of the product)
• Web design of www.gift-tube.com
• Digital marketing services ( Facebook and Instagram advertising)

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to create:

• A modern and sustainable brand
• Well designed materials which simplify the project's idea
• Well designed website which represents the emotion of the project and the services which provide development of followers and customers base by using the social media channels of communication

SOLUTION

How did you select Design Depot ltd.?

Design Depot did a great job in all the tasks, especially in the design. We are very happy with our brand identity design, product label, and web design. We are continuing to use their services when needed.

Describe the project in detail.

The project is creating a business from scratches with all its needs. An online platform that needs each detail to be presented digitally.

• Logo and brand identity materials for communication needs

• Presenting visually different product types
• Website design with all its menus, pictures, fonts
• Creating the design of numerous ads for social media 

What was the team composition?

All our communication was directed to the manager Dimitar Dimitrov. For the digital marketing need, he assigned a project manager but continuing to participate in the strategical and operational communication.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

2 years after our platform is well-recognized by the customers. Our brand is well-known and our business is developing every day. Without the stable base on which we step this would be impossible. Nevertheless the Covid 19, we are still developing, although the services we provide as gift vouchers are very much affected by the pandemia.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We are happy with the workflow conditions. All the correspondence was though e-mail, easy to be found and backup.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Design Depot is a company with a manager who is a great professional as a designer and as a manager. His expertise and awareness of each detail in the project helped a lot in the overall result. Their internal communication is very soft and easy to work with.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I believe that Design Depot have capacity for development as a full communication company. They can develop the digital marketing team in regards to create a separate service in support of their existing and new clients.
