BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am founder and design director at Design Canvas based in Noida, India. We’re a creative design studio offering interior services for residential, commercial and retail spaces.

For what projects/services did your company hire Design Advisory?

I wanted a logo, brand identity and website for our startup. We hired Design Advisory to do branding and website design for us.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

I contacted Design Advisory through Wework network. And while explaining the brief to them, they shared few ideas with us which we really liked and finalised them as our design partner.

Describe the project in detail.

After signing design contract with them, I had a detailed meeting with their team to explain my vision and how I want to showcase my brand and what would be it feel to the clients. Then, they did a research and got back to me with sketch of logo and color combination which would make my brand youthful and quirky. Once logo was finalised we moved onto making brand identity and website design.

What was the team composition?

There were four member working on our project. One graphic designer, one UI/UX designer, one developer and one project manager.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our reach in the area definitely increased with our new website and we got good traffic on website and got couple of leads from website for new project requirement.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The communication was very easy with them. We would schedule meet-ups when important decision were to be taken and for rest we stayed in touch on daily basis for the progress over e-mail.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The team member of Design advisory are pretty enthusiastic about design and they had really good knowledge of all trends in UI/UX design and it was a really good experience working with them.

Are there any areas for improvement?

We were satisfied with the outcome of the project. So, as per my personal experience with Design Advisory, i did not feel any room for improvement.
