What was the scope of their involvement?
The extent of their work included developing the brand identity through our website, social media, brand packaging, and marketing.
At the beginning of the project, they did some work uncovering the personality of our founders and the people at the forefront of our business. They wanted to express our personality through our product. Doing their due diligence, they researched the category and the competition in the market.
Using that information, they put together five different directions. They delivered a variety of options to define our brand based on the product and the character our company wanted to project. We then fine-tuned to that and presented delivered additional suggestions and find that into the packaging. Once we narrowed down which one we wanted to follow, they tweaked it to really hone in on the attributes we want to convey. Then they prepared us to go to press and branded our website. Since then, they’ve provided ongoing maintenance.

How did you come to work with them?
Through the interview process, their knowledge base of our industry was extensive compared to others we talked to. Their estimates for the timeline were reasonable and communication was easy. Of course, cost was also a factor.
What is the status of this engagement?
We began working together in July 2018 and the project is ongoing.
