Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The goal of this project was to create a visual identity, branding and logo for our new podcast. Since this was something new, we weren't sure what we wanted, which puts every design agency in a difficult position. We agreed to start with some PoC work and the deliverables were different concepts on what our visual identity could be and what messaging it delivers. 
After we selected the concept we liked the most we got a sample of 20+ variants of logos to choose from. Depikt were very quick in taking our suggestions and iterating until we reached what is now one of the most recognized logos in our country!

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Having a brand guidebook, visual identity guidelines, logo and different branding assets

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

This wasn't a super complicated project and we left everything in the hands of Depikt, so we weren't involved in the backend. I can only speak to the deadlines. The agency selected deadlines and was always 1-2 days ahead of schedule which I liked quite a lot. In my opinion, they got the job done quite fast

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I liked the ease of communication and the fact that they did also a lot of creative work. I'm not very creative and I don't want to think about these things all that much. After we explained what we wanted to convey to our audience with the podcast and other social media, they came up with the actual concepts and ideas. Also really fast response time and short deadlines. We got the job done faster than we expected!

Are there any areas for improvement or something Depikkt could have done differently?

Not for this specific project. Again we left everything in their hands and our experience was quite pleasant. Maybe companies that have specific ideas and want to be more involved in the process can respond about such things.

We worked with Depikkt as part of a large-scale online engagement of consumers in the UK, France and the EU which required a dedicated communications campaign. Depikkt was retained to deliver: 

• a logo and brand identity for the Your Online Voices campaign, 
• a campaign video,
• visual assets (banners) for the campaign website as well as promotional digital banners for the client website, 
• an infographic and designed report with the results of the engagement, 
• a presentation to showcase the results of the campaign during a in-person Conference in London.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Depikkt's excellent branding and design work contributed to us being able to engage over 1000 consumers across the UK, France and Europe and have their inputs on a very complex subject. The campaign was a big success, our client - a major Trade Association in Brussels - was very happy and the findings of the work have gone on to be shared and quoted by the European Commission, among other influential organisations. 
Importantly, our work won a prestigious 'Consumer Attitudes and Behaviour' research award from IAB Europe in 2023 in a category that does not always have a winner (only outstanding entries are given an award).

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Depikkt was very responsive. They worked with our short turnaround deadlines and urgent requests for changes. They were flexible, worked as part of the wider consultant team and, importantly, were able to understand and translate the very complex nature of the issue we were working on in an understandable design language, approachable to consumers.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Unlike other designers I've worked with, Depikkt have a rare ability to think in a more encompassing manner about the issue at hand and how their work would contribute to easing understanding and moving the agenda forward. They are able to grasp the key points that cut through visually about a very complex issue and translate them into compelling designs.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Depikkt could have done differently?
