MarAutomation helped us automate our marketing campaigns from webinars to workflow emails.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I was familiar with the work MarAutomation has done for other companies and knew it was what I needed. It was way less expensive to outsource this work than to hire resources internally.

Essentially fractional CMO for email automation campaigns.

We worked with Mukesh, their founder. He is very personable and helped us get everything set up.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our customer retention rate is growing by up to 45%. They help us to manage clients easily by setting up an Email automation sequence that delivers regular product updates and release notes. ​​Now we can view the whole client journey, including which channel the visitor visited and which page they saw, since we are B2B this is extremely useful for us.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The founder Mukesh was directly involved in the project and their project manager worked alongside him. The workflow between our teams was very effective.

We are really impressed by their thorough process and communication skills. The quality of delivery is excellent.

We have struggled for years to get any results from email marketing. Our open rates and click throughs were terrible even though we were carefully targeting clients. We needed help and did not have the internal resources or expertise to manage the process so we hire MarAutomation.

I worked with Mukesh at a previous company and was aware of his expertise in this area. We did not want a large company with set ways of doing things but prefered the more hands-on approach to tailor a program to our needs and budget.

Reviewing all tools and recommending improvments. Looked at our current contacts lists and segmentation along with how we source new leads and add them to the campaigns.

We have just begun to implement so can't provide specific metrics but have made drastic improvements to our processes and feel much more organized and purposeful.
