What challenge were you trying to address with Delstack?

We needed to develop a high-performance website tailored for our Solana-based memecoin. The site had to reflect the brand’s identity and engage the crypto community. We also needed to integrate Jupiter Swap functionality seamlessly, enabling users to trade our token directly through the site.

Moreover, we wanted the site to be optimized for speed and scalability, given the rapid growth and high traffic expected from memecoin launches. We also wanted it to be mobile responsive and cross-browser compatible to provide a smooth experience across all devices. Lastly, we wanted to set up analytics and wallet interaction tracking to monitor user engagement and trading activity.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Delstack handled a comprehensive scope of work for our Solana memecoin website and Jupiter Swap project. The main deliverables included:

Custom website design and development
Delstack designed a modern, meme-friendly interface aligned with the crypto community’s aesthetic. They built a responsive and fast-loading frontend using React and TailwindCSS. The team also integrated wallet connection functionality.

Jupiter Swap integration
Delstack embedded Jupiter Swap directly into the website for seamless token trading. They configured token-specific swap paths and ensured proper slippage/tolerance handling.

Smart contract interaction
Delstack implemented interaction logic between the website and on-chain data (token balances, wallet status, etc.). They ensured secure and efficient transaction execution.

Analytics and tracking
Delstack integrated tools like Google Analytics and wallet interaction tracking to monitor traffic and user behavior. They provided dashboards to assess swap usage and performance.

Testing and optimization
Delstack performed full QA across devices and browsers. They optimized site speed, SEO tags, and social sharing previews.

Deployment and maintenance support
Delstack deployed the site on a scalable hosting platform. They provided post-launch technical support and minor updates.

Overall, Delstack delivered a production-ready Web3 platform tailored for launching and promoting our Solana memecoin efficiently.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our project with Delstack delivered several measurable outcomes that demonstrated clear progress and success:

Website traffic and engagement
We achieved 10,000+ unique visitors within the first 7 days of launch. We maintained an average session duration of 3+ minutes, indicating strong user engagement. Our bounce rate stayed under 35%, which is excellent for a crypto landing site.

Token swaps via Jupiter integration
We facilitated over 8,000 successful swaps through the embedded Jupiter Swap module in the first month. Our average daily trading volume exceeded $150,000 directly through the site.

Community growth
We grew our Discord and Telegram communities by over 5,000 members post-launch, driven largely by the website traffic funnel. We also increased wallet connections by 4,000+ within the first two weeks.

Performance and SEO
We achieved Google PageSpeed scores above 90 on both mobile and desktop. The site was indexed on major search engines within 48 hours, with top 3 rankings for branded keywords.

Conversion and retention
Our wallet-to-swap conversion rate was over 65%, showing strong intent and usability. Over 70% of visitors came back within 72 hours, indicating effective re-engagement.

These results validated both the technical quality and strategic design Delstack brought to the project.

Delstack’s project management was highly professional and efficient throughout the entire process. They maintained clear communication, provided regular updates, and used tools like Trello and Slack to keep everything organized and transparent.

The team broke the project into clear milestones—design, development, integration, testing, and launch—and met every deadline as scheduled. Delstack was proactive in flagging potential roadblocks early and handled last-minute changes without compromising quality.

They delivered on time, and in some cases even ahead of schedule, especially with the Jupiter Swap integration, which was crucial for our token launch. Their ability to stick to timelines while maintaining a high standard of work was one of the standout aspects of the collaboration.

What impressed us most about working with Delstack was their deep understanding of both Web3 technology and user experience design—a rare combination. They didn’t just build a website; they built a platform that felt native to the crypto space while still being intuitive for new users.

Their proactive communication, quick turnaround times, and ability to adapt to shifting requirements—especially during token launch windows—were also standout qualities.

Another unique aspect was their hands-on approach to Jupiter Swap integration. They handled all the technical nuances, from slippage settings to wallet compatibility, and even guided us on best practices to improve conversion and trading volume.

Overall, Delstack felt more like a strategic partner than just a service provider.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Overall, we were very satisfied with Delstack’s work, but if there’s one area they could improve, it would be more detailed documentation post-launch. While the handoff process was smooth, having a more structured guide or technical documentation would have made it easier for our internal team to manage minor updates without needing to reach out.

Additionally, while their team was highly responsive during working hours, extended support coverage across different time zones could be helpful for global projects moving forward. That said, these were relatively minor points—Delstack’s execution, quality of work, and professionalism were excellent across the board.

This document presents a comprehensive overview of Colonize.IO, detailing its innovative features, core idea, and visionary roadmap for development.

Vision:

Colonize.IO: Conquer the World.

Here’s a high-level overview of the game you’re envisioning, which we’ll call Colonize.IO: Conquer the World (The game name is for reference and can be changed).

Reference game: State.io — Conquer the World: The game will be a total replica of this game with just a few upgrades.

Level Map: Unlike the plain blocks in State.io, the map in Colonize.IO will feature natural elements like small mountains, grass, and other similar features. This will give the game a more realistic and immersive feel.
The client needs to give us some graphical reference to let us understand his vision properly.

Player Characters: Instead of just a small circle representing the player, Colonize.IO will offer a variety of options like rockets, missiles, tanks, or human beings. Each player type will have different powers. For example, a human player will take 1 spot of the enemy, but a rocket will take 5 spots.
Game balancing would be challenging but it can increase fun and player engagement.

Social Features: Players will be able to invite friends to join the game, fostering a sense of community and competition.
Multiplayer and liveOps is quite a big task. Will take time to test and implement.

Levels: The game will feature 200 levels, providing a long-term challenge for players.
We need to prepare game design documents to keep players having fun.
increase the difficulty of keeping them challenged.

Scoring and Rewards: After completing a level, players can share their scores on social media to earn extra coins, adding an incentive to perform well.

Also, we need the quotation for developing this game for both Android and iOS.
