Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the president of a real estate brokerage and property management company focusing on real estate investors.

For what projects/services did your company hire DDM Generation, and what were your goals?

We were quickly wanting to expand our presence on Google search terms at an affordable rate. We partnered with DDM Generation to do all of our SEM, PPC, and always be reducing our CPL down.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We appreciated their candor and honesty about setting realistic expectations around SEM and PPC. We met with the business owner a couple of times to discuss the scope of services and how they operate.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and campaigns.

There are two main steps to their process. Their initial setup included a lot of research and strategy around our business and competitors. They prepared our company and helped us set up third-party tracking pages. Next they build everything out and started making adjustments based on results/facts. After the initial setup, they started researching trends for searches, A/B testing, adjusting their tactics and a whole lot more.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I work with two different individuals. The business owner and one associate. Both are wonderful.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Since partnering with them, we have seen a massive increase in traffic to our site. They are continually improving their process and garnering better results for us. In other words, they have been able to stretch my dollar even further.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

They have been great to work with. We primarily communicate via email. Upon request, I can video and phone chat with them as well. They have always followed through on their commitments and are very patient with me.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their level of expertise is incredible. They are small but mighty operation and I trust them entirely.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I wish they would offer more suite of services. But they know who they are and what their business model is so they are very honed in on their deliverables.

I’m the president and CEO of a property management company.

They provide digital marketing services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They’ve delivered a holistic approach, guiding me through everything about SEO from beginning to end. They’ve taken the time to explain their reports and what I need to look at to move the needle. They even helped me create the budget and the keywords I wanted to go after.

Moving forward, they tell me what I need to do on my website to drive a better response rate. When those analytics come in, they help me break them down so we can make tweaks to get even better results.

They’re specifically supporting our Google efforts currently.

What is the team composition?

I work with the owner, as well as an assistant, who is my primary contact.

How did you come to work with DDM Generation?

I was referred to them by a client of one of our sister companies.

How much have you invested with them?

We spend around $6,000–$8,000 per month.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working together since January 2022.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Our goal is to increase both the number of leads we receive and our conversion rate, and we’ve seen significant improvement in both these measures throughout the relationship.

How did DDM Generation perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re spot on regarding accuracy to timelines and budgets. We haven’t had any issues so far. Communication usually takes place over phone calls and emails.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Compared to other companies we’ve dealt with in the past, they’re much more knowledgeable and experienced. This translates to them being very able to provide advice that produces positive results. My experience with them has been much better than my experiences with past vendors.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Follow their lead, as they’re the experts. They seem to have the most experience of anyone I’ve worked with, and the results are fabulous.
