I am an individual person who has started a family company for the purpose of designing an app game. I am the designer of the app.

What challenge were you trying to address with DazzledApps Technologies?

My challenge was to design a simple and exciting app game successfully and then get it developed according to my vision. My goal with DazzledApps was to get them to develop the game and bring my idea to life. I also wanted to create an ongoing relationship with the team, because the game will require updates to suit new devices that are released during the years to come. I have definitely developed that relationship with them.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The project is still under development so I cannot disclose any information about it at this stage. The service that DazzledApps are providing is the development of a 3-D game on the Unity 3D platform. They have absolutely brought my idea to life. It's progressing even better than I'd envisioned, making lots slight adjustments as we go, which was no issue for their team.

How did you come to work with DazzledApps Technologies?

The very early stages of the game development were with another development company. The game was not progressing very well, and development was incredibly slow. Getting frustrated with this, I came across the DazzledApps website, which got my attention.

After several back-and-forth emails and some lengthy Skype calls that went on for hours, I chose DazzledApps to complete my game. They asked me all the right questions and understood what I was trying to achieve in the app. They had put all this effort into making sure they understood the game concept prior to payments being made.

I had Skype chats with Ashish, Mayank, and the developers and not one bit of detail was left out. They also provided me with some good advice about the concept and simple ways to improve certain aspects.

How much have you invested with DazzledApps Technologies?

It has been approximately $15,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

The build is ongoing and is almost at completion. It's very exciting, and I couldn't be happier.

Could you share any evidence that would demonstrate the productivity, quality of work, or the impact of the engagement?

Not at the moment considering development is still ongoing. However, the results of the build and development are amazing.

What did you find most impressive about DazzledApps Technologies?

Considering I started the game development with another company, I can honestly say that the constant communication from DazzledApps has been astounding. If there was a slight issue with some part of the game, I would get feedback just to let me know what was going on and that there may be a slight delay. The team always makes themselves available to chat over Skype or email with issues I may have had that were not even related to the game development.

For example, I was having trouble trying to sort things out in my Apple Developer account, and Mayank spent quite some time with me on Skype explaining to me step-by-step how to go about solving my problem. This is just one of many things that they have helped me with that was not related to the game development. This is a company that genuinely cares about its clients.

Are there any areas DazzledApps Technologies could improve?

No. I couldn't be happier with the DazzledApps, and I look forward to a long working relationship with them. You cannot improve on perfection. I would gladly recommend them to anyone.
