I’m the co-owner and CMO of a marketing agency.

What challenge were you trying to address with Dave Harford Design?

We needed graphic design and branding services for our clients.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Dave Harford Design provides logo and content development, manual product packaging, brochure inserts, business cards, and other graphic design assets. In terms of workflow, he has a questionnaire that we ask our clients to fill out, which we pass onto him later on. After that, he assesses the scope of work, provides an estimate with a number of revisions, and gets to work. With the assets provided, we then produce a branding guide and digital visual efforts for our clients.

What is the team composition?

Dave (Owner) is our main point of contact.

How did you come to work with Dave Harford Design?

I met him through a networking opportunity in-person group. His designs and price points were exceptional, and we chose him.

How much have you invested with them?

We spend around $3,000–$5,000 a year with him.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2016, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

In terms of feedback, it’s all been positive. Whenever he designs something, we give feedback and he makes the adjustments — we’re 100% satisfied with him.

How did Dave Harford Design perform from a project management standpoint?

We mainly communicate through email, and we meet as needed on a project basis.

What did you find most impressive about them?

He can understand the scope of work and identify what we’re looking for, even if we don’t provide specific directions. Also, his ability to do high-standard revisions and his pricing are what we find the most impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s nothing I’d improve; he does a nice job.

Any advice for potential customers?

Be clear about the deadlines. He’s great at meeting deadlines, and having a clear schedule would be helpful.
