What specific goals or objectives did you hire Davay studio to accomplish?

• The goal was to design and develop Carselly.ch, a modern car auction platform enabling users in Switzerland to buy and sell vehicles online. We built a fast, secure, and user-friendly web app with real-time bidding, listings, and admin management tools.
• The goal was to quickly build a well-functioning MVP while keeping development costs low, so that more budget could be allocated to marketing.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The project included product design and front- and back-end development using Bubble.io. All agreed-upon features and workflows were successfully delivered.

Key Deliverables:

• User login and authentication for both car sellers and buyers.
• Car listing functionality, allowing sellers to publish vehicles for sale with complete details and images.
• Auction system, where each auction runs for 24 hours. Once an auction starts, all registered car buyers receive a notification and have 24 hours to place their bids.
• User dashboards for both sellers and buyers: Sellers can view their listed and sold cars, along with their current status. Buyers can track their bids and auction activity in real time.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Success was measured by a 99% uptime rate, faster load times (<2s), over 200 active users within the first months, smooth real-time bidding without errors, and positive client feedback on usability, design quality, and platform stability.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

They delivered everything on time. What I really liked is that they have their own project management dashboard, where I had a client login and could see all the planned, ongoing, and completed tasks. It was super transparent — I could check anytime what was done that week or even that day. When additional communication was needed, they were always responsive via email, usually replying within just a few hours.
