Records will increase over period. 4. Chatbot response time has to be under 10 seconds, on an average of 5-7 seconds. 5. Chatbot shall be bidirectional. First we have few rounds of Brainstorming session , analysing the problem and then later DatatoBiz planned a detailed solution for same with proper timeline and deliverables, The Project was divided into milestones and each milestone has specific deliverable. We used some of the latest SOTA model like Object Detection , Image segmentation and others. Python was the main language used in the project.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Using the system we were effectively able to get the surveillance reports , also there were lots of modules which were working with accuracy more than 85% percent. The models were hosted very efficiently and load balancing and other server configuration were also managed by team efficiently.

The coordination between the two teams was very amicable, based on mutual respect & understanding, and in all honesty, we didn't face a single moment of grief with the DataToBiz team. They were very understanding and very accommodating to all our requests.

They had the willingness to make our deliverables their own. The support that they provided was very impressive.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
I think they are hitting all the right chords. They should just continue doing a good job and the sky is the limit for them. Their humbleness & excellent customer orientation will take them places for sure.
