5% is still manually done when the workflow gets stuck somewhere and requires human intervention, which in those cases is also necessary by the set boundaries.
Sales have gone up by 128% over the last 2 months.
Productivity has increased strongly, though no measurable number can be appointed to that yet.
Staff also seem to be more happy to only nurture the more qualified leads instead of chasing cold leads.

Communication was great, items were delivered on time and any remarks or requests were picked up the same day. Only on the weekends the responses were a bit slower, which makes sense however as, well, it's the weekend.
