Please describe your company and your position there.

ThirdSpace is a workplace culture engagement tool that allows business owners and leaders to empower employee connectedness and collaboration. I am a Co-Founder and served as the COO from April 2015 – January 2019.

For what projects/services did your company hire Data Nerd Digital?

At the time of our engagement, ThirdSpace was a startup with limited brand awareness. We needed to reach our target audience and position our messaging as the best workplace engagement solution.

What were your goals for this project?

Our overall goal was to drive leads and turn those leads into paying customers.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We were a very data-focused team and needed to learn quickly in order to refine our target audience and our product. We wanted a partner who shared a similar approach to data optimization for growth.

Data Nerd Digital handled all of our digital marketing. We hired them for paid media services, but they really helped us with everything from messaging to landing page creation.

What was the team composition?

We worked directly with Logan, who was their Chief Data Analyst. He's the best!

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were able to track a variety of conversions that were high quality and led to new customers. Our CPA was high and the conversion quality wasn’t as good during the first few months, but they continuously refined the audience and messaging in order to find the right prospects at a profitable CPA.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Excellent. The success of the project can be attributed to our collaboration.
