I am the Co-founder of CultureCon. We exist to help inspire positive change around organizational culture.

For what projects/services did your company hire Data Nerd Digital?

We hired Data Nerd Digital to help promote and grow our workplace culture events and services. Logan recommended the channels we use to target our audience and put together the cross-channel strategy. To date, we have ran ads on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

What were your goals for this project?

We hired Data Nerd Digital to promote the very first CultureCon, so the initial challenge was brand awareness. Data Nerd Digital conducted impressive targeting research, wrote engaging ad copy, and a plan to encourage prospects to act fast and register.

How did you select Data Nerd Digital?

Data Nerd Digital was referred to us from a colleague in the workplace culture space. We ultimately chose them because we liked their approach to performance optimization and they communicated well.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

Data Nerd Digital went through an extensive process of understanding our market, brand, and audience. We were presented targeting research and ad copy documents. There is also reporting and status updates to benchmark our performance. For each event, there are research refreshes and new rounds of ad copy. We take the winning ad copy from previous tests and reiterate what worked while we test new concepts.

What was the team composition?

We have worked with Logan Schmidt since the beginning.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have back-to-back-to-back decreases in CPA, along with strong reach and conversion growth. Data Nerd Digital has been running our ad campaigns since our first annual CultureCon event in 2018 and we have seen improvement every year.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was great. Logan operates like an extension of our team.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Logan is able to quickly synthesize abstract brand strategy into practical, measurable and economical service models.

ThirdSpace is a workplace culture engagement tool that allows business owners and leaders to empower employee connectedness and collaboration. I am a Co-Founder and served as the COO from April 2015 – January 2019.

At the time of our engagement, ThirdSpace was a startup with limited brand awareness. We needed to reach our target audience and position our messaging as the best workplace engagement solution.

What were your goals for this project?

Our overall goal was to drive leads and turn those leads into paying customers.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We were a very data-focused team and needed to learn quickly in order to refine our target audience and our product. We wanted a partner who shared a similar approach to data optimization for growth.

Describe the project in detail.

Data Nerd Digital handled all of our digital marketing. We hired them for paid media services, but they really helped us with everything from messaging to landing page creation.

What was the team composition?

We worked directly with Logan, who was their Chief Data Analyst. He's the best!

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were able to track a variety of conversions that were high quality and led to new customers. Our CPA was high and the conversion quality wasn’t as good during the first few months, but they continuously refined the audience and messaging in order to find the right prospects at a profitable CPA.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Excellent. The success of the project can be attributed to our collaboration.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The attention to detail and analysis of our data, along with a great working relationship was impressive.

None. This company and Logan were amazing!
