I am the Marketing Manager of the company specializing in solutions for various design industries.

For what projects/services did your company hire Dardanele Studio?

Our company needed animated videos for a new solutions to inform clients about our services, and to simplify process of providing basic information about our offer.

What were your goals for this project?

The goal was to pass all crucial information to potential clients in interesting way and attract the viewer with a visually striking and instructive video about our services.

How did you select this vendor?

We searched the internet for relevant samples of similar projects as references and chose Dardanele based on the quality of the project in their portfolio. We were also delighted with their support from the very beginning - providing personal consultation, cooperation and insight.

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail.

I provided a brief of the project and Dardanele used it to develop the concept, create scripts and storyboard for further development. Next we moved to production and collaborated on art design, animation, voice-over and other stages of development. Production took around five weeks.

What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?

Dardanele’s project manager helped us in every phase of the process and served as the point of contact for all members of the development team. She was available by phone, email and their project management system for daily rounds of feedback. We had several rounds of feedback on every crucial stage of work.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Each video component - the quality of graphics, animation, voice-over and composition - everything met my expectations and even exceeded them. The final production is refined and very professional.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was smooth and collaborative. Communication channels were always open, and expectations for each phase of the project were clearly defined and fulfilled.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was delighted with their support and the impressive quality of their production.

Are there any areas for improvement?

All aspects of cooperation met my expectations.

Einsiedeln Film Festival is an annual film event in Einsiedeln / Switzerland. The festival's goal is to connect artists and audiences. One of the festival's main goals is to connect artists with viewers and to conduct exciting and valuable discussions between them.

That is why most of the creators of selected films personally join the festival and there are several possibilities for direct interaction. The festival is intercultural and international. Selected films come from different countries and cultures to develop a high level of diversity

The agency's task was to prepare an animated advertising movie announcing this event. It was necessary to include local elements to identify the place of the event.

What were your goals for this project?

It was very important for us to build a better identification of this Festival, highlighting it on one side of the local, and on the other side a very international dimension.

The agency's task was to capture the characteristic elements of infrastructure and combine the image with the music of the festival.

What was the team composition?

I worked with Ms Ewa, who showed excellent skills in listening to the client's needs. It removes very well the elements in the film that were important to us.

We are very pleased with the results of the agency's work, their individual approach, team competence, reliability and punctuality.

Flexibility and professionalism. That today is a rare combination.

Although there are always areas that can be further developed, I can't identify such points in our project.
