Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m a public accountant and I have my own consultancy for small and medium-sized companies in Argentina. I’m currently getting a specialization in foreign trade operations at a national university. We also have a customs specialist that’s up to date with the current legislation and such.

What challenge were you trying to address with Daniela Viale Consultora?
I’ve been working Daniela Viale Consultora for a while regarding foreign trade. They stood out during a program of cash reimbursements for agro-export companies in Argentina. From there, they’ve acted as a corporate accounting tax advisor, giving me access to several companies that are always looking for accounting services. In Argentina, tax planning is very important and complex because of evolving regulations, so every business is looking for ways to reduce its tax expense.

What was the scope of their involvement?
I work together with Daniela (Owner) as a consultant and I support her with the accounting and tax aspects of the work while she handles foreign trade and import/export opportunities for SMEs.

I work directly with Daniela.
How did you come to work with Daniela Viale Consultora?
We started working together around 2010-2012 for a foreign trade project we had in common. She provided contact with companies in Arequito, a small town in the province of Santa Fe, Argentina where there’s a lot of agro-export. At the time, I was going to China to international fairs to promote national products exports to China and that’s where we began collaborating. Daniela facilitated several companies that were interested in participating and I represented them in the Canton fair.
What is the status of this engagement?
We began working together in 2010 and the relationship is still ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Results with Daniela have been really good, especially her communication with clients, her ability to bring forth alternatives and contacts from different sources, and more. In Argentina, it’s really important to have contacts in customs, at incentive programs, and with different national and international organizations. Unfortunately, you need to have a lot of contacts here to get things done and she brings that to the table.
How did Daniela Viale Consultora perform from a project management standpoint?
Each project we take on has its own agenda and timeframe that we follow in an orderly way. We coordinate everything between us in order to reach our objectives.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Daniela’s ability to build contacts is impressive. Being able to reach out to someone and send them a message in order to find solutions is very helpful, especially when dealing with matters that are very bureaucratic or hard to resolve through the conventional way.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, I’m very satisfied working with her. She has great English and is very well-prepared for the work she does.
