Arte Comercial is an Academy for passionate lovers of design, where you can learn about tools and concepts of Graphic Design, Web Design, Brand Identity, and more. A crucial key factor is that it is 100% in Spanish.
Objectives
Arte Comercial is a YouTube channel that wanted to grow into an online academy specialized in teaching design courses and selling digital downloads. We helped them identify the brand personality and build an online platform that included a marketing website, a course platform, and an online community for their students.
Challenges
Finding the right mix -
As a small YouTube channel, Arte Comercial had less than 2K subscribers who used to have free content. We had to create an engaging platform that would motivate users to go beyond YouTube into an academy offering more structured content for a small fee and allowing them to be part of a community of like-minded individuals.
Keeping people engaged -
To ensure that the community stays engaged and keeps coming to the academy, we developed a Blog as part of the online community that allows Arte Comercial to publish periodical articles about interesting subjects. We also created an email marketing funnel to keep subscribers informed of news, articles, and any new product or course available in the academy.

Create a visual identity that represents their target audience -
We needed to create a Customer Persona that represents the clients interested in this product and like online shopping. Once we understand their target customer, we create a brand identity that would resonate with them.

They organized a Brand Strategy Workshop with our team members in order to share information about our firm, our products and our clients. Further design iterations related to brand-scapes they have prepared for us and finally a new logo for our company as well a Branding Guidelines Manual

Have shown new branding image to some clients and friends and they like it too. We are working on a new website. Haven't launch new image yet.

We started with a defined schedule, had weekly meetings for about a month and then had a few other design iteration meetings and video calls. All information was updated via email.

We needed to bring our company to the Internet/social media era, and we got a propousal from dancing pels that exceded our expectations, we are very pleased with what we have acomplished in this short period of time.

Dancing Pels showed us that they are true to their word, showed us professionalism and commitment, all this backed up with the knowledge of what they do and 110% attention to detail.

First meeting we talked about our needs and how to present our company to the public. In just a couple of days we got a quote from Dancing Pels, once approved they started working on the proyect, It was amazing to see how easy Dancing Pels understood exactly what we wanted to transmit thru the web site, at this moment we are on the final stages of the web site construction
