For what projects/services did your company hire Da Vinci Studio?
We worked with Da Vinci to design, develop and implement customized SaaS software to manage sourcing process. Tool incl. users management, process flow management, data display and approval process.
What were your goals for this project?
To design unique software dedicated to direct procurement process, which is based on Total Cost of Ownership principles.
How did you select this vendor?
We started with Da Vinci on smaller scale projects. We were very pleased with the team performance and the output. Based on our work experience we decided to start with them full scale project.

PM + 3 backoffice +2 front office

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
Everything was delivered on time. Team was always available and open to discuss modifications needed by us or end customers.
How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
PM was very good, all modifications were well tracked, we were briefed weekly on a progress.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Their agility, speed, and friendliness were impressive!
