BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m currently working as a senior manager for our staffing and recruitment company, and I take care of all the department’s operations. Basically, we recruit candidates for our clients and government agencies such as the FBI, CIA, NASA, DHS, and DEA.
In addition, we also provide B2B services to other companies and organizations.

What challenge were you trying to address with DA Tech?
We needed someone to help us create our company website.

What was the scope of their involvement?
One of the major things we were looking for is to give candidates the ability to apply to our job boards. We’re working with DA Tech to create a backend and database, and to optimize its structure. The companies we recruit for can automatically create a database, and we’ll just be the ones posting the ads for job opportunities all over the US.
Moreover, they’re also responsible for the UX/UI design of the site, which they’re developing using WordPress. We’re also planning to use them to create our B2B site, once our project manager, managing director, and board directors are done finalizing the move.
What is the team composition?
I’m not sure about how many people are involved in this project, but we are linked with the senior developers and a project manager. We’re probably in touch with around six people.
How did you come to work with DA Tech?
We basically found them through LinkedIn. We reached out to them and saw their work.
How much have you invested with them?
So far, I believe we’ve spent around $1,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in November 2020, and the project is still ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
So far, their work is really good. We are still looking forward to working with DA Tech, and although there are still a few things they need to improve on, they still try to accomplish the tasks as soon as possible. The website they’re developing is really good and user-friendly. So far it has brought us really good results.
How did DA Tech perform from a project management standpoint?
We schedule meetings through Zoom, and we also have a CRM to help us target and track each project and their details.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The most impressive things about them are their communication, commitment, as well as their work.
Are there any areas they could improve?
One thing that they should improve is minimizing the delays of their deliverables. The project managers, director, as well as the president, look forward to the progress, so we have to make sure everything is aligned and on point before we communicate that to them.
