What challenge were you trying to address with D3 Technologies Consultancy?

I was looking for help with an e-commerce site.

What was the scope of their involvement?

D3 Technologies Consultancy provided web development services. They consulted me on what the site should contain, after which they built the UI/UX. I gave them some design references, based on which they gave me 2–3 options.

They started development after I approved the designs. The site was built on WordPress, with WP Fusion and WooCommerce. The site has integrations with an Indian payment gateway and a hyperlocal delivery service. They deployed the code to the server, and we did testing on both sides.

My main contact is their operations manager.

I used Google My Business to research companies. After I left D3 Technologies Consultancy a message, and they reached out to me.

How much have you invested with them?

I’ve spent 15,000–20,000 Indian rupees so far (approximately $200–$275).

What is the status of this engagement?

I started working with D3 Technologies Consultancy around November 2020, and it’s ongoing. They’re providing additional development for the site.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I’ve had a good experience with D3 Technologies Consultancy. They’re very professional. They delivered an excellent and very useful system, and their maintenance services are also very good.

I’ve seen projects where the actual implementation looked different from the initial design, but this wasn’t the case with D3 Technologies Consultancy. The design they delivered can make customers feel connected to my business. They implemented all the security best practices into the website.

How did D3 Technologies Consultancy perform from a project management standpoint?

D3 Technologies Consultancy has great communication skills. We’ve never had lags or misunderstandings. Our main point of contact is very polite and always reacts quickly to my queries.

Their punctuality is very good. There were situations where development time was extended, but they made up for it later on. They may have had some internal issues, but it never affected me and my business. We’re using Trello for task tracking, and we communicate through phone calls and WhatsApp.
