We’re always happy with their designs — every project they deliver has to be accepted by our customers. Sometimes, we had to redo some of their work, but every customer has been delighted with what they do.

They always stay on budget and within deadlines. In terms of tools and communication, we use ClickUp, phone calls, and email.

We are a software company called Anchor Software that provides software development services to our clients. I am a founder of the company.

For what projects/services did your company hire Czek.it?

We hired Czek.it for redesign of our website, since our services changed from purely blockchain based, to more general software development oriented. That is why we needed a redesign in branding and website structure.

What were your goals for this project?

Refresh the website to reflect current services on offer and provide a consistent branding across all documents and communications.

Czek.it redesigned our logo, website structure and graphical composition, email signatures, business cards and templates for business documents to reflect a change from Anchor Blockchain Consulting to Anchor Software.

What was the team composition?

We have been in contact with one of the owners and as far as I know, there were 2 people that do graphics design behind him completing the assignments.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were able to redirect customers to our website to see the appropriate offer, however we are not running analytics to a degree to determine the exact impact on sales.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Czek.it was delivering our requirements in sprints, one by one and there were no major delays when compared to scheduled deadlines. We were using PM tools and email for communications.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I think the price to quality is the biggest strength that czek.it has.

Communication could be improved slightly, however I do not have any other concerns.

I’m the head of marketing and communications at Eiffage Polska, a construction and real estate company.

We needed their help in promoting our company’s construction and delivery services.

Czek.it works for our company not only as a team of marketing and graphic design experts but they also support us with their web programming services. They mainly deliver design work by creating our brochures and other print ads that we need to market our services. We base the content of these marketing materials on our corporate manual to make sure that the topics and visuals are aligned with our corporate branding. Additionally, Czek.it does animation and programming work to leverage our web platform.

We mainly work with three resources from their team: a project manager, an animator or designer, and a programmer.

We sent a hiring ad which was received by different agencies — we then filtered out the applications based on their achievements, projects, and cost. Czek.it met all our requirements, so we happily went with their team.

We started in February 2016, and our partnership with Czek.it is going strong.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They always make it a point to incorporate our preferences and suggestions — for instance, our website address has been customized creatively, and all our brochures are set up nicely on our website. There are organized links that lead a user to the proper places they want to navigate through — it says a lot about their material and web design capabilities.

How did Czek.it perform from a project management standpoint?

We mainly communicate via email and Microsoft Teams. Czek.it’s project management approach has always been reliably great.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Czek.it always sees to it that they are fully engaged in the process. Apart from that, they’re a very creative team, and this is highly mirrored in their deliverables.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We had some animation issues at the beginning of the process. During the presentation of ideas, we found that we shared different opinions on how to handle the animation work. However, this was quickly managed and resolved.

Be very precise in describing the results that you want to get out of your engagement with their team.

I am a HR Specialist in the aviation company. We focus on the production for civil and small aircrafts.

As our company was established at the end of 2018 we needed a new website, logo and brand manual.

We wanted to create a visual identity.

We were searching for some reliable company, with young vision, but already some experience and we got a reccomendation for Czek.it.

Once we selected Czek.it we started to describe our needs and vision. We had a lot of conversations and discussions with the Czek.it team, they showed us some logo and website proposals. We also had a photo session with a professional photographer Czek.it provided. After some changes and corrections they prepared also a brand manual and launched our new website.

There were about 5 people - graphic designer, IT specialist, photographer, project manager and website designer.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Thanks to Czek.it, we got a nice website and visual identity that we are proud of. Czek.it prepared also some gadgets for us.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We were in contact all the time. The team was open for our suggestions, doubts and questions, they corrected very fast all the errors or things we didn't accept. They are always helpful even now if we have some problems.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their professionalism, their creativity and the fact that, even having a lot of other projects, they were able to dedicate enough time and attention to us.

Are there any areas for improvement?

We were very satisfied of their work. I can't see any flaws in their work.
