What challenge were you trying to address with CydoMedia LLC?

I needed someone to build my website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

CydoMedia developed my website from scratch. I gave them samples of websites I liked and asked if they could make something similar. From there, they proceeded to create my website.

I worked with Daniel (Senior Project Manager).

How did you come to work with CydoMedia LLC?

I found them through Facebook. Initially, we disagreed with the price, and I chose to work with another vendor. However, after months of miscommunication without any progress, I gave up on that vendor. After that, I reached out to CydoMedia. 

How much have you invested with them?

I spent around $1,500. 

What is the status of this engagement?

Our engagement lasted from April–September 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

I’ve been sending the website to my clients, and it’s receiving positive feedback. 

How did CydoMedia LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

CydoMedia was great at responding to feedback and incorporating my ideas. We communicated through email and SMS.

What did you find most impressive about them?

 CydoMedia was good at communication. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

When CydoMedia gave me access to the site’s dashboard, I didn’t know how to use it. I wanted to add more pictures, but I couldn’t figure out how to do it. It would have been better if they had a video tutorial, so I don’t need to reach out to them each time I want to add something to the site. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

They will respond whenever you have questions.

We wanted to create a website that would allow us to refer people to our business.

What was the scope of their involvement?

CydoMedia LLC helped build a website for us from scratch. Initially, their team provided us with a template to fill out and answered any questions they had. After that, they proceeded with the development process. They created several pages for the site, including a homepage, contact page, gallery page, etc. They also provided hosting support — we pay them an annual subscription fee for this.

We worked directly with one person from their side.

They reached out to us via Facebook.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent about $2,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together on this project from March–August 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

If we were to grade their work from 1–5, we’d give them a five, which is the highest score. Overall, they were great to work with.

How did CydoMedia LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

They met all deadlines and were really great with communication. We used Zoom, SMS, and phone calls to interact with them.

What did you find most impressive about them?

One of the things that stood out about CydoMedia LLC was the fact that their services were reasonably priced.

Are there any areas they could improve on?

I can’t think of anything that they could’ve improved on.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Make sure to constantly communicate with them, especially when there’s something you don’t understand. They’re always willing to communicate.

I required website design and development services for which I hired Cydomedia. My goal was to get an attractive website with appealing colors & functionalities.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I selected them based on their previous client’s reviews.

The scope of the project was to get an attractive website, with the perfect blend of colors. I wanted to give my customers an easier way of ordering food online, and then getting it delivered on their doorsteps.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

The entire team worked with me. From project managers to designers & developers. And yes, marketers too. However, I was only in direct conversation with the Project Manager.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Yes, the outcome was an amazing website with a seamless user experience. I loved everything from designs to the content! They did a great job!

They were punctual and connected with me over emails, calls or the portal where I dropped most of my queries.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were always available to respond my queries instantly. Whenever I give my feedback, they polished it bringing a more creative solution.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I don’t think so! They were good enough to manage the project. Thumbs up to the entire team of Cydomedia for doing a phenomenal job.
