Cool for a real estate investment company
For what projects/services did your company hire Cybrosys Technologies, and what were your goals?
We needed a solution so families could do autopay on the loans we manage
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
They are a company I has seen the name of before. I posted an add asking for this specific help and they they responded telling me they would be able to provide a solitude and they were very experienced and had a lot of success
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
They were supposed to fix two unrelated bugs when they provided some code for one of the issues, this code did not fix the issue but did cause other issues in our system. Thier dev was supposed to provide educational support to our in house devs, but our in-house dev who had worked with odoo fro less then 6 months knew more they the guy cycbrosys provided did. And the main deliverable was supposed to be this auto pay dev, fir which they never provided any code whatsoever

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
This company is trash. They approached me saying they could provide me with a method of doing autopay on the loans we manage. We paid them $3200 to provide me the solution they approached me telling me they could do. They never even submitted any code for this. They just said there were working on it for a month and a half. Then said they were unable to provide the solution. Didn't offer me a refund and instead said they'd need more money to provide the solution.
Terrible customer service. I absolutely recommend you look elsewhere. They are criminals and almost got me fired for my job since I hired them. After thier representing sold me on providing the solution. The developer they provided clearly didn't have any knowledge of the technology they told me they would be able to help me with.

Very odd, wanting me to talk to the salesperson vs the dev assigned to us, and then the salesperson obviously did not relay these upsets correctly

Nothing
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Yes. They should make sure that they can actually provide a solution before they make any promises to customers.
This was an unsuccessful engagement. Cybrosys Technologies failed to follow through on their promise despite receiving payment and having enough time to work on the project. The client also emphasized that the team lacked the necessary knowledge to satisfy the company's needs.
