Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the Managing Partner at The STEM Educators or TSE for short. TSE is an ed-tech startup based in Pakistan. we provide physical and online classes on STEM courses such as programming, robotics, and game development.
For what projects/services did your company hire CYBRNODE, and what were your goals?
We hired CYBRNODE to do our Branding and Website Development. We wanted a new look and feel that would resonate with parents and kids who are interested in learning 21st Century skills. We also wanted our brand to look as Elite as possible to be serving the top of the tier community in terms of their socio-economic background.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We searched for vendors online and locally but we did not find any of their work satisfactory. Finally, we found CYBRNODE and we liked the work they were doing and the way they approached the issues we discussed. They take a holistic approach to solving the problem and help us identify and resolve the issues keeping the ease of purchase for the client as a highest priority.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
We had an initial discussion about our goals, and the needs of our clients upon which they presented a solution for which we mutually agreed. We started developing the WordPress website in such a way that it would start to deliver the service and then kept on improving the experience. They were happy to take revisions and keep up with our growing needs. They also helped us with google analytics and facebook integration to our platform.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We were in direct contact with the CEO and the technical lead and also the senior developer so the communication was very smooth.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
After connecting with the google analytics account, we were able to measure the increase in our traffic with each iteration of development.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
We used slack to communicate. Their senior developer was also in direct contact with our design and sales team so as to communicate any issues arising during the process. To have thorough discussions we had a weekly meeting to talk about the previous deliverables and the new targets.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They understood the importance of developing a product while keeping the end-users in mind. Their UI/UX design team understands elite design and that gave our website a professional look.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
We took about one week to understand the product completely and do some research about similar platforms and talking to some customers and showing them low fidelity prototypes. While it is an important step, we think next time we could also start development and keep the research going at the same time.
After CYBRNODE's integration, the client could measure the traffic increase of their platform. The team held weekly meetings to receive feedback, address and resolve issues, and talk about new targets. Overall, the website looks much more professional.
