I am the Managing Partner at The STEM Educators or TSE for short. TSE is an ed-tech startup based in Pakistan. we provide physical and online classes on STEM courses such as programming, robotics, and game development.

We hired CYBRNODE to do our Branding and Website Development. We wanted a new look and feel that would resonate with parents and kids who are interested in learning 21st Century skills. We also wanted our brand to look as Elite as possible to be serving the top of the tier community in terms of their socio-economic background.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched for vendors online and locally but we did not find any of their work satisfactory. Finally, we found CYBRNODE and we liked the work they were doing and the way they approached the issues we discussed. They take a holistic approach to solving the problem and help us identify and resolve the issues keeping the ease of purchase for the client as a highest priority.

We had an initial discussion about our goals, and the needs of our clients upon which they presented a solution for which we mutually agreed. We started developing the WordPress website in such a way that it would start to deliver the service and then kept on improving the experience. They were happy to take revisions and keep up with our growing needs. They also helped us with google analytics and facebook integration to our platform.

We were in direct contact with the CEO and the technical lead and also the senior developer so the communication was very smooth.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After connecting with the google analytics account, we were able to measure the increase in our traffic with each iteration of development.

We used slack to communicate. Their senior developer was also in direct contact with our design and sales team so as to communicate any issues arising during the process. To have thorough discussions we had a weekly meeting to talk about the previous deliverables and the new targets.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They understood the importance of developing a product while keeping the end-users in mind. Their UI/UX design team understands elite design and that gave our website a professional look.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We took about one week to understand the product completely and do some research about similar platforms and talking to some customers and showing them low fidelity prototypes. While it is an important step, we think next time we could also start development and keep the research going at the same time.

This was an ongoing project that was done for a fintech startup; their digital product handled user bank accounts, mortgages, and other info to calculate user net worth. We engaged CYBRNODE to: 

1. Add new features and improve the existing Android native app which was built using Kotlin. 
2. Manage app and backend deployments and maintain the AWS infrastructure and its security.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The team was able to achieve set goals by the product manager. Everything was managed in sprints and CYBRNODE is very proactive in responding to any urgent issues on the server side. For Mobile App development their resource was very professional and also pointed out improvements in other places of the app which was appreciated by the startup founders.

The deliveries were on time and their insight was extremely helpful when it came to infrastructure and security. There were times when we urgently needed their help with server related issues and the team was very proactive and readily available to assist.

The digital product was designed to serve as an enterprise-level customer engagement and service solution, enabling companies to connect with customers, enhance customer relationships, and provide efficient customer service. The development was carried out using the MEAN stack for the web app and Flutter for the mobile app. The key deliverables were as follows:

1. Intuitive User Interface of the digital product.
2. Fully functional web application built on the MEAN stack
3. Mobile application built using Flutter, available on iOS and Android app stores
4. Complete documentation of the system, including architecture, code, and user manuals
5. Training sessions for administrators and support staff
6. Ongoing technical support and maintenance services

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The aim of the project was to try and make the existing customer service process efficient and hold all representatives accountable. The team at CYBRNODE understood this and then achieved our main goal while keeping things user-friendly

We measured the success of the system by measuring one main metric; Adoption rate: The UI/UX team at CYBRNODE tested the digital product design with users and got feedback, the team was constantly looking for feedback on the design and it was this careful research and development that helped the product achieve a high adoption rate.

Our end users were pleased with the results and performance of the product itself and managers reported an increase in productivity and visibility of the customer success representatives.

The team used Agile Scrum to manage this project. The most effective thing they did was a weekly update that they shared with us where they showcased their work, they were very eager to get feedback and if we had a change the team would incorporate it. The time on delivery was a bit delayed but there was no compromise on quality.
