What challenge were you trying to address with Cyberpal Connect Ltd?

I needed a website to improve my online presence. Most of my orders were through social media, but lots of interested clients asked about details for my website. I didn't have one, and I thought it would be a good way to expand my business.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They built the entire site for me to feature some delicious new recipes for cakes. The site isn't finalized yet, as I'm currently too busy to provide enough content. It's still a work in progress. They designed a logo, recommended keywords, and managed some things that would improve my SEO. They gave a lot of useful advice to make the site look good.

What is the team composition?

I worked with two individuals from their team. The initial conversation was with a project manager, and they helped me plan what I needed to achieve. I also worked with a developer.

They were local, and I've met with them face-to-face. That was important to me, as the site represents my business. The price was good, and they were always quick to respond to any questions I had.

We had our initial talk in mid-October 2019. They moved very quickly, and they finished the bulk of the work within a couple of weeks.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The site makes my business look much more professional, and they'll help me grow. It was a hobby to begin with, but it's turned into something much bigger. I'm very pleased with everything they've done so far, and all their suggestions were great.

How did Cyberpal Connect Ltd perform from a project management standpoint?

They were very responsive, and I could message them on WhatsApp at any time of day. Our communication was really key to the project's success. They were professional and well-organized, and they kept me informed throughout. They exceeded all my expectations, and they worked very quickly.

Their knowledge of the industry is particularly impressive.

I can't think of anything they should do differently. They were great to work with.

I needed someone to develop a website that would alleviate my workload.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Cyberpal Connect Ltd developed my website and integrated a calendar and accounting functionality. This means less work on the backend with accounting and easy visibility for paid bookings. I also wanted the potential to scale with more drivers and bookings.

They provided information I needed about technology as to what was possible and what wasn’t. For example, the website also allows ancillary sales. Through the booking system, they included a surcharge for better service, such as champagne or wedding ribbons.
