Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the founder of typelit.com. My company works as advertising consultants for video related branded storytelling.

For what projects/services did your company hire CX CRUX MARKETING TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED?

We hired the CxCrux team for their brand strategy session to enhance on our scope to market our video services to B2B clients.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goals were to enlist key KPIs in regards to social media content marketing, specifically for video content. Team CxCrux also advertised our video content across social media platforms through PPC campaigns.

We wanted a team which worked with international standards and quality whilst still being affordable. There were some contention between 2-3 companies but with the project proposal from Team CxCrux, we felt more comfortable and aligned to achieve our goals on specified deadlines. So, we chose Cx Crux.

Upon initial discovery sessions, once we locked Team Cx Crux from Brand Strategy, the team have us 3 sessions where we were able to finalize our clients user persona, our USP.

The team also helped us in identity design and after our strategy sessions furnished a thorough documentation of our brand strategies both short term and long term.

What was the team composition?

I worked directly with the Digital Strategist and COO of the company, as they gave me a boutique experience services for my project. The team was well managed by account executives and I didn't have to micro manage Team Cx Crux which was a huge positive.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our brand package delivered by Team Cx Crux is really good and we are very pleased with it. Since our strategy sessions with them, we are able to increase our brand's reach to a lot of potential clients which turned into customers.

Their brand strategy also assisted us in saving a lot of money on digital advertising by their unique ways of cost allocation across social media platforms for brand awareness.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was very efficient. Their team was able to meet our tough time schedules without failing on deliverables. Although most work was done online, they were swift and proactive in their response to our changes needs and queries.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their thorough understanding of what they are doing in terms of branding and identity design is impeccable. They are very efficient. Most impressive for us that they always met their deadlines no matter what.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Since the company is young, they are hungry for more work which shows in the pro-active attitude. It was a huge plus that we worked with a team that was dedicated as much as us to finish the work on allocated deadlines.
