We offer appliance repair services and needed a custom website built to truly represent our brand.

We reviewed their website which looks really good. They also had a number of well design custom websites they could show us from previous projects.

The scope was to build us a custom website.

We worked with two people, the owner and the website designer.

The website looks fantastic. The outcome we were hoping for is a website that looks good, is simple, and represents our brand.

The project management style was done through email. We started with a phone call for fact finding, after that email communication was done to keep the project on track.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

How quickly they respond to our questions and concerns. Email is often slow and clunky, but Razor Sharp responded to all of our emails in less than 2 days.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Maybe us less jargon when talking, otherwise nothing stands out.
