Culture to Cash has assisted us with financial planning, goal planning, leadership team unity, talent management, recruiting and establishing the team we need to be successful. They have assisted with functional organizational planning and coaching as we restructure our team.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

An increase in quality communication and goal-setting and alignment within our ownership and leadership team. Firing the wrong people and hiring the right people for our business. Solid goals and action planning to increase company profitability. Organizational efficiencies were created and set in place so we can be more successful in the long run.

I am very impressed with their response time, clear communication, and project management skills. They are always on time and deliver exactly what we need to complete the goals they guided us to create and accomplish. 

Culture to Cash is very skilled at listening to our issues, understanding them, and analyzing them in order to create actionable tactics so we can knock them out of the park! They are willing to go above and beyond and do whatever it takes to get us where we need to be, and we are so grateful for them!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their willingness to be a part of hard conversations in order to help us sort things out and develop tactics to resolve those issues. I am also very impressed with their coaching knowledge, abilities and customizing what they teach us based on who we are and what we need as a company.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Culture to Cash could have done differently?

Since we have two Culture to Cash coaches helping us, sometimes we will have a call with one and the other one won't be looped in for the follow-up conversation. They just more internal debriefs so they can both stay on top of updates! I would also encourage them to meet with each owner or leadership team member individually every once in a while to hear their concerns and help them with their roles to the best of their availabilities. 

They are really good at coaching us as a large group, but individual work could prove successful and strengthen our team to work better as a whole. Lastly, I think we need more than one longer meeting per quarter to deep dive into strategy and where we are at with tactics. Besides those few things, I think everything has been going very smoothly!

I set out to establish new habits and a duplicatable system I could follow for success throughout the first quarter of 2023. The practical application has already helped me exceed my total sales from 2022 in the first half of this year!

• Everything was laid out and easily measured from a day, week, month, quarter. Whatever you needed to fit your goals and aspirations,the program was custom to your specific needs.

The went above and beyond the call of duty, building an atmosphere of accountability and excitement. I was eager to keep moving through the program to unlock morw of my own potential.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The leadership was second to none. Nick did an amazing job to keep us all engaged and moving forward as a team but something the insight to check in on our specific needs and goals that we’re set in day one.  So far, I’m off to my most successful year in business yet! It’s the little things that make the big picture a success.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Culture to Cash could have done differently?

Not necessarily an area for improvement but it’s always nice to do some of this in person. Based on the people in my group, geographically, it would have been impossible this round.
