I work as the director of a carpet, upholstery, and tile cleaning company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Cube Online?

We wanted to increase our web traffic through SEO and a newly developed website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We kicked off our engagement with Cube Online by gathering as much data as we could to determine their areas of focus for SEO. Upon our approval of their proposal based on the data we collated, Cube Online went ahead with the optimization process. Their team’s SEO marketing tasks now center on ensuring that our company complies with all the regulations of Google Analytics, writing descriptions for our social media posts, and monitoring the organic leads that we receive.

Additionally, Cube Online has redeveloped our website based on the content and information that our team has provided. We’re scheduled to go live on a few days.

What is the team composition?

We work with a marketing account manager and a tech resource who’s in charge of designing our website.

How did you come to work with Cube Online?

Their team reached out to me first. Cube Online called me to ask if I was interested in subscribing to their services. While I was hesitant to agree at first because they found me through a cold call, I got convinced to hire them later on as I saw their profile and the great feedback they received from a lot of customers in the past.

How much have you invested with them?

I’ve spent about $600 so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our 12–month contract with Cube Online kicked off last March 2021, so the partnership is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Cube Online has blown me away with the website they’ve developed. Our previous site was really outdated, both design- and function-wise, so I was really pleased with the outcome of their development work. I’m well aware that there are more expensive agencies out there, but we definitely got what we paid for with Cube Online’s team. We’re excited to see more apparent metrics as our project progresses, especially in terms of their SEO efforts.

How did Cube Online perform from a project management standpoint?

We use Zoom as our main communication platform. Cube Online has been compliant with our deadlines, and they respond to all our requests within the day. There were a couple of instances where we had to make timeline adjustments because of site issues, but those mistakes were on our end.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Cube Online has outstanding customer service — they take our needs seriously, and we’re always assured that they’ll address our concerns with friendliness and understanding.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything in that regard at the moment. Cube Online has done a great job so far, and we have no pressing complaints.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Make the most of Cube Online’s services. They offer free website updates every three years, and they also provide valuable feedback that could improve the interface of your website.

I selected a package that was suitable for me, and they created a site draft for me to pre approve before launching the website.

The website has only been launched, I'm looking forward to the results in the near future.

There was a few link issues done but they were quickly rectified.
