Our eCommerce website wasn’t doing well and we were satisfied with overall performance. After some research, our management decided to switch to the Shopify platform from WooCommerce and rebuild our store on that platform. Since our objective was to move our eCommerce store to Shopify from WooCommerce, technologies were predefined. Besides migration, we asked them to integrate a few additional features on our store related to backend functionality. We also wanted them to create a custom theme for our new eCommerce store matching our brand. CSSChopper finished the project on time and crafted the website as per our needs. They created a theme, migrated our data to Shopify, optimize the site for performance, and integrated required functionalities.

A team of 4-5 professionals was deployed to our project consisting of a project manager, developers, QA expert, etc. Everyone in the team worked impressively and we didn’t face any difficulty.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

They moved our WooCommerce website to Shopify within the timeframe work and we could launch it quickly. We have seen some improvements since it’s relaunch recently. The theme is impressive with a user-friendly interface. The traffic on our website has increased and the performance has improved. Our eCommerce site functioning more efficiently than earlier. We are satisfied with their work and our website is doing good compared to the previous version. The CSSChopper’s team has done a commendable job.

Their project management is streamlined with proper coordination among their team members. They use effective communication and project management tools that make things easy to manage. We could easily communicate with them via Skype, email, and phone calls. The project manager helped us at every step when needed.

CSSChopper designed and developed our e-commerce site on Shopify, and they helped us list our products on it. Although they’ve already delivered the site, we’re currently migrating our data into it, and we’re considering engaging with them for maintenance purposes.

We started the project in January 2022, and CSSChopper completed the entire website development and design process in the last week of March 2022. The engagement ended, but we will be considering them for website maintenance.

CSSChopper did a great job. The site is yet to launch, so we don’t have any results. Still, their design and development services were really good.

CSSChopper’s project management was good. They followed the agile development methodology, so we divided the entire project into milestones. Throughout the project, we provided them with feedback and requested changes, and they were very responsive and open to our comments.

We communicated with Aston on a weekly basis. He was very comprehensive in his approach, and he provided us with analytical reports every week. We used Skype to communicate, and CSSChopper used ClickUp internally to manage the project.

CSSChopper’s portfolio is impressive; they’ve worked with a lot of e-commerce businesses.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It would be great if they were more flexible with their costs.

Upon considering his recommendation, we went through their website and portfolio, which was really impressive. They had worked on similar projects and had created many B2B and B2C eCommerce websites. They had also worked on online marketplace development projects. Some of the factors that encouraged us to select CSSChopper were their diverse portfolio, versatile tech stack, experience, and good team strength. They offered us wireframing, but we already had it and worked on some amendments based on their suggestions.

Our primary choice for creating our online store was WordPress because of its popularity and easy backend management. They listened to our needs, and they were also convinced about using WordPress for creating the custom eCommerce store. They did what we expected from them and made a perfect website matching all our needs. Apart from WordPress, some other technologies were also used by them, especially for creating a custom website theme for our online store. They took our input properly and added functionalities, plugins, and tools to equip our website with all the required features and benefits.

There had been 5-6 people from the CSSChopper team who we directly or indirectly interacted with. We started with their sales team, which was very responsive, then interacted with a dedicated project manager, developers, and a few other professionals.

We are getting good traffic on our website. The website looks fantastic, has a smooth functionality user-friendly interface, and provides an excellent shopping experience. We have got many positive feedback from some of the buyers on our website as they appreciated the ease of shopping and checkout process. The add-to-cart functionality is impressive and seamless navigation makes the shopping experience more delightful. We are thankful to CSSChopper for the great work.
