Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the co-creator of an automotive content business called ReDriven. We specialise in producing content centred on reviewing used cars.

For what projects/services did your company hire Crunchy Social?
We enlisted the services of Crunchy Social to assist with the strategy and implementation of our social media plan. Initial growth of our Instagram page and consultation regarding our website and digital marketing.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
I was made aware of Crunchy via word of mouth. They are easy to communicate with and it is clear that their team is a good fit for my brand.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
At ReDriven, we were starting from scratch in an established industry but with an un-tested angle. It was important for us to produce consistent content that brought value to our audience.
We initially consulted with Claire about our Instagram strategy, including posting frequency, growth, hashtag usage, planning, and scheduling options. Claire continued working hands-on with our account to grow the audience and engage with our audience.
Once the account was off the ground and we were underway with our content plan, we kept in contact with Claire regarding our website development and digital marketing strategy including SEO and paid advertising. We will be continuing to increase our attention on these areas in the coming months with further help from Claire and her team.

We worked directly with Claire and our account consultant/manager Johan.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Our Instagram audience grew quickly by a few hundred followers per month. The social media content plan was easy to follow and the website looks great!
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
We had an online video meeting to discuss the strategy, then communicating over phone and email was sufficient for the remainder of the project to date.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
As I wanted to be largely hands-off with the implementation of our digital marketing strategy, it was important that Claire and her team were proactive in their work and clear in their communication. From the outset Claire proved that her and her team knew what they were doing.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
I think it would have been good to have a more overall understanding of the digital marketing options before putting our full energy into Instagram. I'm looking forward to improving our website further and doing some SEO
