The project comprises creating a Zoho CRM that will assist us in the pipeline of our leads system. This benefit for sales team as well as marketing. It help us in customer engagement, team management, task assignment, workflow automation. 

In order to solve our company problems, Mr. Vishal A, Director (CRM Masters), help us in every possible way. He We had meeting with him and their Manager Gurnam also helped in getting the things in pipeline.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our project with CRM Masters is managed by the team member of 5 persons, who are expertise in the building zoho crm. They are all very attentive and experienced. Although I don't have much meeting with the other team member, we have only meeting with the project manager of company. They deliver my project on time and without any extra or hidden charges.

We have made the virtual meeting for the project management. From time to time we made a quick discussion session that helps in the better understanding of what we require in our CRM System. After CRM Masters getting our company requirement, they immediately start the work of changes. Talking about the project delivery they deliver the project on time.
