At the beginning of the engagement, we had a consultation to define our ideal customer profile (ICP). Since we had never executed outbound sales before, one of the primary challenges was identifying the right decision-makers within our target companies. To address this, Outreach Mastered:

Developed a structured approach to identifying key decision-makers.
Launched an omnichannel outreach campaign, utilizing cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and SMS campaigns.
Conducted a large-scale prospecting initiative using cold calling to refine and target high-value contacts.

The most impressive aspect of Outreach Mastered is their ability to secure meetings with extremely high-level executives—something we had not been able to accomplish through our own efforts. One of our key targets was the VP of Restaurant Technology at a well-known franchise with over 5,000 employees, and Outreach Mastered successfully booked that meeting. Overall, the experience was highly positive. If anything, we would have liked to engage more people simultaneously, but we understand that our industry requires a more targeted, relationship-driven approach.

We hired CRM Advisors to improve the effectiveness of our cold email outreach campaigns, with the goal of increasing the number of replies and setting up more meetings with CEOs in the B2B space.
