I'm the ownner of local management consulting firm who also well-known in training services for leading corporate in Thailand.

Our company received the fund from the government sector to develop entrepreneurs across Thailand in Health, Beauty and Lifestyle industry. However our challenges is SMEs in Thailand struggle to make a clear positioning through digital existing. So Criclabs has fulfilled the gap for various entrepreneurs.

We had discuss the scope to develop stunning website but yet well-presented Brand for each entrepreneur. The challenges is even each entrepreneur are in the same industry Criclabs has to deliver distinguish website that align with each brand identity. Every website must beautiful in its own way to make all stakeholder happy in their position. Compatible with every platform is a must. So with 3 times executive interview they make it possible.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I only talked to K.Supanus the project owner, However, I do believe their team consists of 3-4 persons at least. Which including designer and developer.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Satisfaction rate is super high. Every stakeholder is happy, and deliverables are neat and on time.

We had group chats that they consistent update and inform us a status. Bi-weekly meeting has been appointed from Criclabs to update major progress. Their style of communication is right on point and time-saving which we loves.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

A very professional way of work. No need to follow up because they will be the ones to take the leads, initiate, and add-up value. High responsibilities.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Sometimes they could be too compromised with entrepreneur which makes them work even harder under the same budget which I feel sorry for them,
