Initially our requirment was not clear and while the work started we ourself got clarity during discussion with their team on our requirement. Therefore the delivery took longer then it was planned in the initial discussion. But the deliverable was better than we anticipated as we had practical problem but the solution to that through technical means was suggested and implemented by Creuto team.

According to me understanding the practical problems of a business and it solution and then converting that solution into a desired tech based platform is sometime i liked about their team.

1. Using Kanban boards for all stake holder to have clarity on the work progress
2. Conduting manual testings with all probable situations for evry module and documenting the same.
