I am Managing Director & General Manager of Arrow Line Logistics Doha Qatar .We are a Logistics company with specialized international relocation and moving service .

We had established our relocation and moving business in 2020 . As part of our business plan Market our product digital media platform was very important to reach to our customer .I got a referral of Credot from friend of mine who suggested this young Team . From the first day of our approach to Credot ,they understood exactly what we where focusing ,what is our branding agenda and who are customer . Normally it take quite some time make understand agency the service like ours which not well know industry as moving Industry . But Credot could easily make the insight of our requirement and delivered our project time time manner .

I have selected this vendor by personnel advice from another company , more over we have reviewed their previous work before grading our project .

The credot Project Manager in touch with us on the first day to understand to know the name of our company and followed by service we offer and the customer we Target . I gave this 3 information and Asked Credot to Come up first with our logo design . They have clearly understood what we required . From Logo then we had discussion of our brading concept of all other office required branding and later moved to Web design and Developement .

First couple of proto type demo design was crested for the website , option was left to us choose the right design for our website .Later content was shared to credot and with help of their writing team content was created our website . Once the We project Prototype was completed review have been made and later made to online . Currently Credot is Ongoing with SEO of the website with their continuous monitoring .

I worked Directly with Credot Operation Manager He was incharge as Project manager . Couple of other member later joined like about 4- 5 people who where either designers , programmer , SEO specialist ,

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Out come of our Project was to that we could establish our presence in the market with quicker . And our website came out to be very well as all the features and content apt to our service .Credot tried their best to provide the exact information live from our service rather then template image or graphics standard website content . More over our website became very informative to our customer . Any our online presence now are getting better day by day due to SEO work being on going behind .

Understand the requirement , first join group is created , apart from that they post their progress on some online platform i don't remember ,this had helped us in understanding .

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Creativity and Logic to develop the best tools .

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I am currently keen on looking on our SEO project , I was quite happy with what was delivered . I would comment may next time if I have something to say .

I’m the manager at a nonprofit IT organization. We help digital startups run their businesses smoothly by ensuring that their policymaking mirrors our government's corresponding laws. I particularly run our incubation center for startups.

What challenge were you trying to address with Credot?

I needed their team to take charge of our social media marketing activities for a startup event that we conducted.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Our company launched a social networking event that brought together IT startups in India — it was created so their companies could expand their reach and networks by presenting their products. Credot handled our Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn pages during the promotional period of our event to reach our goal for the number of attendees. Their team was also in charge of creating graphic ads that we put up across all our channels to promote the said event.

What is the team composition?

My main point of contact was Rasheed (Business Development Manager). We also worked with Credot’s creative team.

How did you come to work with Credot?

Their team was a part of our incubator hub, so I personally knew them before the engagement. Hiring them for this job was an easy decision to make because I was a witness to their progress and work ethic.

We spent around $3,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

The engagement took place in February 2019.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We were targeting at least 450 registrants for our event, but Credot was able to bring in more than 1050 people to sign up. It was a huge jump from our original goal, and we were very pleased with the numbers that we achieved from their team’s efforts. We were satisfied with the content they produced and their manner of handling our social media accounts strategically. Everything just turned out wonderfully.

How did Credot perform from a project management standpoint?

We personally met with Credot’s team to discuss any progress updates or requirements.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Credot’s deliverables were always on time and on-point. They handled our timezone differences well while maintaining the strength of their outputs.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We didn’t really encounter any. We had a small issue at the acquisition phase wherein our team had different design goals from theirs, but Credot handled it well by explaining the importance of their choice to us.

Just hire them for your digital marketing needs — I highly recommend Credot’s team.

We needed help with our digital marketing.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Credot handles our digital marketing efforts on Instagram, Facebook, and Google. Before posting our ads, they seek our approval. Furthermore, they answer queries and comments from our social media channels. Then, Credot gives us leads and our internal marketing team is in charge of turning them into conversions.

They also provide design support for our promotional efforts both internally and externally. Moreover, the team is creating our website which is almost 90% done. On top of developing and designing the platform, they’re also in charge of developing its content.

Then, every three months we revisit our digital marketing strategy and check the effectiveness and performance of the solutions we're implementing. Based on that, the team typically proposes new plans to achieve our digital marketing goals.

We work with four people including a digital manager and a designer.

Credot contacted us, and they discussed their services. We partnered with them because we established a good relationship with the team.

At the start of our engagement, we spent 15,000 INR–20,000 INR (approximately $200–$270 USD) a month. Currently, we spend 40,000 INR–50,000 INR (approximately $540–$670 USD) a month.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our ongoing work began in April 2017.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Our brand equity has improved because of Credot’s digital marketing work, and we’ve received a lot of inquiries from our digital activities. 

Credot is very passionate about their work, and they always try to learn new things. Moreover, they’re flexible, and they always strive to deliver maximum results. We also appreciate that they try to understand what we need, and they try to learn things about our industry. We’ve been very satisfied with their work, and that’s allowed us to continue working with them long-term. 

How did Credot perform from a project management standpoint?

They have a smooth project management process. It’s easy to communicate with them because they only have one main point of contact. We mainly keep in touch through WhatsApp and phone calls. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their customer service has been impressive; Credot cares about maintaining a good customer relationship. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

They can improve their scheduling activity, and if they're going to provide more digital marketing services to us, they need to have a better team. I know that they can do it, and they’re capable of supporting us.
