Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the Founder & CEO of Bridj Technology, which is revolutionising shared transportation through its real-time demand and fleet management SaaS solution.

For what projects/services did your company hire Creature?

We engaged Creature to assist us with all design facets of our business including Branding, Marketing and Software Design.

SOLUTION

How did you select Creature and what were the deciding factors?

Strategic design direction was fundamental for us. We wanted someone who took the time to understand our business and the complexities / problems we are trying to solve. We felt a smaller, more dedicated outfit would be more effective at this than a larger agency.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

We have worked with Creature now for a number of years across the below:  Branding Design and Branding Strategy (including two brand refreshes for different stages of our business); Marketing Digital asset creation (Website, Capability Statements, Case Studies, Special campaigns etc)  Software Design UI and UX (Passenger App, Driver App, Operations Portal).

How many resources from the Creature team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We predominately work with the CEO / Founder and two regular designers.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

In general the branding and design work has been top shelf. We have received very positive feedback from customers and clients. Our latest mobile app currently has a rating of 4.9 out of 5, with Creature contributing to this result through the design and clarity of user interaction with the app.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We have worked very closely and effectively with the Creature team. This often involved a mix of scheduled engagements combined with regular ad hoc collaboration. Depending on the project, Creature was flexible with how we planned out the 'ways of working' ahead of each project commencing.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Just their willingness to collaborate and provide a strong opinion backed by good logic and facts. They always look to understand the brief but push the boundaries when they see an opportunity.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I think the biggest thing they have to deal with is how they scale effectively as I can see their work load continuously increasing.

I am the National Marketing Manager for Kelsian Group and Transit Systems is our Public Transport division. In partnership with Governments, Transit Systems innovates, designs and delivers public transport solutions that attracts passengers because they are easy to use, reliable, convenient and safe. To ensure ease of use, we deliver integrated bus services and transport networks, intelligently easing road congestion and increasing a city’s sustainability and liveability.

Capabilities statement design, tender collateral design, concept creation for customer facing marketing collateral, logo creation, brand research and development including styleguide for corporate rebrand, digital marketing consultancy and creation of digital assets, creation of Driver Responsive Technology brand and app design,

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Creature was a trusted supplier when I joined the company 3 years ago and despite having worked with many similar agencies, the design work of the Creature Team really is second to none. Quick turnaround and it is very rare that there are any changes to the design requested.

I create a brief, Creature provides a quote, we approve it and then we get the collateral / product we are after.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Most of the time I deal with Simon (Founder) but occasionally with James (Designer & Developer) and Blythe (Creative Designer).

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

In a recent takeover by the parent company, Kelsian Group, the superior design of Transit Systems collateral has been commended regularly - as a benchmark for internal design resources to attain.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The entire team is really supportive and committed to helping us get what we need when we need it - beautifully.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Everything that comes out of Creature far exceeds even the most discerning of self-proclaimed designer. I know when presenting designs created by Creature, the feedback from senior management and other stakeholders - including our government clients, will be minimal and in most cases non-existent.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Creature isn't the cheapest but when you take into account the reduced back and forth over edits or changes in what they develop - they represent fantastic value.
