I’m nursery manager for a daycare company called Cheeky Monkeys Day Nursery.

We approached them to develop a new company image by designing a logo and website.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to rebrand the nursery as we expanded.

I researched them online through Facebook and Google.

We exclusively worked with Dan (Owner, CreativeScript Web Design). Initially, he created a new logo for our nursery before developing an easy-to-use website.

Dan completed all the work himself.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The site hasn’t launched yet, so we don’t have any hard metrics currently. However, we’re thrilled with the new website and logo designs. The parents are sure to love them, too. The site is easy to navigate, and we’re now preparing to add content.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The service was great from start to finish. Dan was always receptive to our calls and responded to emails immediately. He provided helpful ideas and support.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I appreciated Dan’s creativity. He understood what customers liked and knew how to build a good image. Rather than telling us what to do, Dan listened to our ideas and incorporated them into the final products.

CreativeScript conducted an initial brief to understand our new branding guidelines and our website's challenges. Their team implemented SEO and guided us on various maintenance packages bulk up our security. Then, they developed our websites' front- and backend.

They designed the new website quickly, and its UI/UX was beautiful. They made sure to strictly follow our timelines and requirements. They've proven themselves as skillful designers with keen technical capabilities. I am looking forward to curating a long-term relationship with CreativeScript.

We occasionally disagreed on the direction of the design, but we found it only a minor issue.
