We didn’t have our own website in place. They did the design and development of the WordPress website and now maintain it. Their team listed our products and implemented other processes to help us start generating online sales. We were doing traditional sales previously, but now we have an online market as well.

They did some web services as well as SEO marketing. When it came to SEO, I just gave them with keywords that fit our business. From there, they did the job. At this point, they handle marketing and technical site maintenance as needed.

At this point, we're making money on top of our monthly service fee with their company. We're seeing more and more sales come in after every month.

They are very responsive, which we appreciate. I really don’t have any complaints.

They did everything that I asked. I don’t know if there is someone that could do a better job, but I'm satisfied with everything they did for us.

If we could get more sales, that would be great. However, we are making money through online sales now.

Be very clear about your needs, timeline, and budget. That will avoid potential issues and misunderstandings in the future.
