BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am one of the founding members of a construction company located in New York City. I oversee all the marketing efforts including branding, social media, SEO, and acquiring leads.

For what projects/services did your company hire Creative M Studios?

We needed help rebranding our construction company. We used a logo generator, but found to be simple and basic. So I started looking for a creative design company that could help us with rebranding. We wanted a new logo for our website, business cards and for our van.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to spread our brand awareness throughout New York city. We didn’t want to be a company with generic branding. We wanted to stand out from our competitors. We wanted our branding to be tough, futuristic (because of the name), and different.

How did you select this vendor?

I looked for branding agencies local to me in New York city. They ended up being for expensive and the logos didn’t look too good. I ended up finding Creative M studios on LinkedIn. I liked their website and case studies, and they could do the work at an affordable price. So I decided to pick them for our project.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

The process began with a series of discovery sessions to know about the company, the name and its meaning, and what we’re trying to go for. We really wanted to avoid being generic just like many other companies in the industry. I provided many links from many websites of logos that I liked, and explained what I wanted. Based on that they provided an entire brand package for me.

What was the team composition?

I worked directly with the founder of the company since we went to school together. There were other designers but he was the main point of contact.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Everyone within our company loved the new branding. Our old and new customers said it makes us stand out. With our new branding and new content online, our online presence have been increasing steadily on a weekly basis.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Communication and delivery of the project was seamless. Within a matter of a few hours, I would have a response to my questions and concerns. Delivery of the different phases of the project happen in a few days or less, which is a very quick turn around time.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The quick turn around time for the project, quick responses to my questions, and the affordable rate for the project.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There isn't any room for improvement. They're doing a great job and if they keep at it they will definitely be one of the best design agencies out there.
