We searched the vendor through one of my friend and deciding factor is Dedicated Team , Fast Execution , Details knowledge experience.

We had a kick off meeting to discuss our goals and objectives. From there, the team delivered wireframe for our website. After few iteration, the team will designed and developed an angular site. They updated the content to reflect our company’s services and created a landing page with our about us details and contact information details.

A project manager was our main point of contact throughout the process. There were also 3 full stack developers and designer working behind the scenes.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching our site, we saw a 70% increase in traffic, and our incoming leads doubled month over month thanks to the landing page. Now customer have a better understanding of our services.

We had daily stand ups with their project manager, who communicated with the rest of the team. If their were any delays, they let us know ahead of time that we could prepare.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They gave us a professional website that can easily be managed by us through the admin panel.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

When we first launched, there were some minor bugs on the professional page. We let them know, and they were quick to fix the issues.

The Irish Photographic Federation (IPF) consists of approx 75 affiliated camera clubs across the island of Ireland. I currently coordinate the IPF Photographer and Nature Photographer of the Year competitions which is open to members of affiliated clubs.

The challenge was to build a unique piece of software that would handle entries to the competition. Sending emails to entrants including labels and report cards whilst also providing data to input into our electronic judging system.

What were your goals for this project?

To create an unique piece of competition software that would be an asset to the IPF and form the basis of future competitions.

How did you select this vendor?

Creative nCode was recommended to us by our IT Department as they had used them on other projects and found them very good to deal with.

Essentially Creative received an overview of how the software needed to function from our IT Department based on previous years of running the competition. A snaglist was drawn up and the Creative team worked through this using Google Hangouts as a support mechanism if any queries arose on either side.

What was the team composition?

The team on our end had three people. I was the main go between when developing the software.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The results we are seeing is increased satisfaction from entrants in how easy the competition software is to navigate. We used to have problems with entries not uploading properly or Paypal payments not going through. This has all been solved now we have proper software and I can see an increase in entries as the reputation of the competition improves.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Very simple to communicate with Creative. We used Google Drive for the snaglist and Google hangouts for real time communication. There was no issue with the language barrier, Creative speak/write fluent english. They are always very polite in communications.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their strength is their ability to communicate promptly and politely and do exactly what they are asked to do. I felt I could contact them at any time with any ideas and we were able to work together when it came to testing the software before it went live. This meant I felt reassured when the new software went live.

Are there any areas for improvement?

You need to know exactly what you want. For me the time difference was never an issue. We were able to work together nearly on a daily basis at times, it is important that your project manager draws up a comprehensive snaglist and is available to communicate on google hangouts. The Google Hangout phone app makes this very straightforward.

Our goal was to develop a responsive application form and create a backend that allowed applicant management and administration of interview days.

I have worked with the vendor for a number of years on smaller projects. They proved to be an excellent team with great response times and a high level of technical skill.

They commissioned the server, set up the database structure, secured communications, and configured backups for the system. All hosting technology was configured by them. UX design and flow was greatly enhanced by their expertise. The backend was developed with a very simple, intuitive interface. They also imported and translated data from the previous system, integrating it with the newly developed one.

What was the team composition?

The team consisted of a manager and two developers.

This project has greatly streamlined our administrative process as well as reducing workload. The customer-facing elements are modern, professional, and secure. This helps us comply with data regulations in our country.

Project management involved sharing a common spec, discussing the budget and timeline, and then communicating constantly.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their communication is excellent. They are very clear with questions and highly responsive when we have had requests. They are also technically excellent.

I hope they grow as a company and can support more projects!

Well structured. We used trello and are experienced in specifying needs clearly, which helps with outsourcing. Also it is important to explain the necessary logical and business process context, including why something is needed.

They are time efficient and the work is of a high quality.
