We needed a partner to help with app design and graphic design.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We’ve worked on various projects with Creatica Design e.K. For a recent task, a client needed a full redesign and custom updates for their site. I monitored everything and acted as project manager for the assignment. Creatica Design used Ajax and WordPress for this build.

We worked with the CEO.

How did you come to work with Creatica Design e.K.?

I found them through Google. I reviewed their site, thought it looked good, then contacted and subsequently hired them.

How much have you invested with them?

This project cost around $2,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project lasted the month of July.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Working with Creatica Design has allowed us to access the German market. Because of their influence, we’ve been able to bring in more work and had to hire two additional WordPress engineers.

How did Creatica Design e.K. perform from a project management standpoint?

They were incredibly responsive and communicative. The CEO gave me his private number, and we would talk until midnight or later to finalize changes. Somedays, we even talked hourly to track progress. They worked on weekends to deliver the high-quality product on time.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their communication is phenomenal. I could send them an email and get a response within 20 minutes. They’re easy to work with and don’t micromanage.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

They’re approachable and want to know as much as possible about your project, so be clear and honest.
