BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the Internal Communications and Employer Branding Director at Payoneer, a fintech company, publicly traded on the NASDAQ.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire CRC Media, LLC, and what were your goals?

CRC Media helped us with all our video needs for going public - from a short inspirational video for employees, to a 4-continent, on-site production of a customers video.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We have worked with CRC Media in the past on smaller projects and so this was the natural choice for us.

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail, including the project steps and all stages of production.

We approached CRC in February 2021 as we announced we are going public. In preparation for the event, we identified 3 projects:

1. Internal video celebrating the company's milestones.
2. External video celebrating our customers
3. Video graphics to be used during the Nasdaq ceremony on Times Square tower, inside the Nasdaq studio and (much) more.

These resulted in close work with CRC's designers, editors, directors and more. We had a project manager for each of the videos who worked with CRC. The most complicated video was the customers one, which required coordination with production teams in China, Pakistan, Ukraine, Australia and the US. CRC were very specific with the look and feel requirements, which made the final product simply amazing.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

We worked with three main points of contact: Elad, Yoav and Yarin who were responsible for the whole project. Whenever a draft was ready we received it on Dropbox and were able to add comments directly to the video, at the timestamp that needed fixing. We then received a message once a new draft was ready.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The videos were part of our celebrations and were shared with all employees internally as well as customers, investors, vendors and potential candidates. We are still amazed at the product considering the very short time frame.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

CRC are very easy to work with - they will adjust to your style. For us, a Whatsapp group was the easiest way to communicate.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were extremely professional and creative while pushing us to make the video better.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
