As we are startup, we would like to buildup new product, so we were looked for innovative UX design team to provide services of our product.

What were your goals for this project?

To build prototype which helps to validate our business idea. As our product serves to end consumers, UX is heart of our solution.

The project includes market research of the idea to build wireframes with great user experience. The project includes to provide UX design for the product and clickable prototype to showcase to end customers.

The team which has been assigned to us, dedicated account manager and UX lead and two designers.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Based on prototype, we were successfully validate the our idea and also able to plan next steps to build the product to meet customer expectations.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Am amazed with the tool they have used monday.com for tracking and communication. The tool gives real-time updates of the team progress without any mail/phone communication when work remotely.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The design team quite impressive, the way they approached to come up with fabulous designs.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Am satisfied with their work, but they can complete the work faster.

I’m the CEO of Resnova Technologies. We manufacture and develop custom electronics and machines.

What challenge were you trying to address with Crazydes Design Studio - UX UI?

We needed someone to develop our website, which we wanted to be a bit different from the typical website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They created wireframes to give us an idea of how the site was going to look. The team designed and developed our website from scratch based on our requirements.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Crazydes Design Studio - UX UI exceeded our expectations. We’re happy with the website. Some of our clients have contacted us to ask who developed our site. I’ve referred them a couple of times.

They were flexible with the feedback that we gave them. They were really approachable and polite in providing us services. The team was professional and gave us a clear overview of what they were going to do for us. We communicated frequently via email.

No, they did really well.

They’re busy and short of people, but if they take the job, they will do really well. You don’t need to think twice in giving work to them.
